On June 30, 2020, an employee was installing sheathing on a low slope roof of a residential structure. The employee fell about 4 feet onto a self-supported scaffold system below the work area; a vertical scaffold post struck the employee's right armpit, causing a laceration/avulsion and severe bleeding to the armpit.
