An employee was walking in the facility when they stepped in front of a traveling powered industrial truck (PIT). The PIT stopped abruptly and stretch-wrapped barrels of product rolled forward off the forks and contacted the employee. The injured employee was knocked to the floor and sustained a fracture to the pelvis and left wrist.
