An employee was removing a fabricated roll cage from a tractor using a 4 1/2-inch grinder with a metal cutoff wheel. The employee started cutting the weld. When the employee got to the end of the cut, the wheel hit the center between the tubing and kicked back, jerking the grinder from the employee's hands. The grinder lacerated the employee's hand.

An employee was using a circular saw to cut flashing. He was finished with the cut and started walking away when his fall protection ropes became entangled in the saw and the saw was pulled into his leg. The employee sustained a left hamstring laceration.

Xceptional Wildlife Removal
