An employee was working as a go-kart track attendant. Several of the carts collided and stopped; the employee was resolving the situation when another cart drove into his right foot. He suffered two broken toes and a laceration and was hospitalized.

On December 30, 2023, an employee was pulling a pallet into the back room when a forklift rounded the corner and ran over the employee's right foot. Three of the employee's toes were amputated.
