An employee was in a kitchen, helping prepare dinner for group home residents. An aggressive patient entered the kitchen with a rock and struck the employee with the rock and his fists, then took the employee's frying pan and struck her in the head with it. She fell to the ground and the resident continued to strike her. She was hospitalized, suffering from bruising to the face and body and general soreness.
