An employee was unloading a trailer when a box fell and struck the employee in the face. The employee suffered a concussion and was hospitalized.

An employee had been cutting lumber for a shed wall. A load of 16-foot trim pieces fell onto the employee causing vertebrae and ankle fractures.

An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.

An employee was in a sandblasting area, preparing the surface of a plate heat exchanger frame for painting. The frame fell on the employee, who suffered fractures to vertebrae, the neck, pelvis, and rib cage; and punctured lungs.

An employee was installing doors when one of the doors fell on him, fracturing his lower leg. The employee was hospitalized.

On August 21, 2025, an employee was hitching a 20-foot flatbed trailer loaded with a tractor to a pickup truck. As she placed her left fingers near the hitch mechanism to check the remaining distance needed for coupling, the trailer jack dropped into place, contacting her middle and ring fingers. The hitch and ball then made contact with her middle finger. The employee suffered crush injuries to her middle and ring fingers and a fingertip amputation of the middle finger.

An employee was driving an all-terrain vehicle when it rolled over. The employee was ejected and hit the ground, suffering a fracture to their C6 vertebra.

An employee was taking a dog out of a kennel. The dog lunged for the leash and bit the employee's left hand, causing a laceration.

An employee was returning a dog to his kennel after a walk. The dog turned on her and bit her right upper arm, causing lacerations. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was bitten by a cat, sought medical treatment, and received an antibiotic. The employee had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and was hospitalized.

An employee was installing PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) piping material for a propane line connection. He was cutting off excess PEX piping material with a PEX cutter. He noticed an unassociated piece of material was in the way of the PEX cutter. He reached up to move the infringing material, and his arm came down on the blade of the PEX cutter resulting in a severe laceration to his arm.

An employee was offroad, looking for a lost hiker. The employee fell off a canyon rim edge and landed on rimrock 5 or 6 feet below, suffering a separated shoulder and a head injury that required stitches. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee had been assisting fire crews with an active wildfire. The employee suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized for surgery.

An employee was fueling a vehicle when they tripped over the fuel hose and fell to the ground. They were hospitalized with a broken nose and three broken ribs.

A park ranger was attempting to apprehend an individual when the individual fired a rifle at him; the employee was struck in the right foot while returning fire. Two of the employee's toes were amputated.
