On September 15, 2020, an employee was using a pry bar to unjam pallets on a roller conveyor and suffered a partial amputation to the left pinky finger.
An employee was observing a forklift under operation when the boards shifted and his right hand became pinched between the supports of the forklift attachment and the forklift tine. The employee sustained a fingertip amputation.
The injured employee was working on the concrete block line. The line had stopped while maintenance was tracking the conveyor belt to center it on the rollers. The injured employee attempted to secure a guide to help final product onto the conveyor and his right hand became caught between the head pulley and was pulled down into the machine.
