An employee was checking to see if the outrigger wire was tight enough. He grabbed onto the outrigger wire and it slipped, causing him to fall approximately 20-25 feet from the platform and into shallow water and a riverbed road below the bridge. The employee suffered multiple arm and leg fractures.
