An employee was drilling into concrete using a battery-operated rotary hammer drill when his glove became stuck in the drill bit and it pulled his left little finger in. He sustained an amputation to the fingertip.

An employee was on an 8-foot A-frame stepladder, installing electrical conduit on a ceiling. The employee fainted and fell backwards from the ladder's fourth rung, landing on the concrete floor and suffering a head injury. The employee was hospitalized.

On Friday, January 13, 2017, at approximately 8:20 AM, an employee was moving rebar on the third floor when he stepped out onto unsupported plywood and fell approximately 10 feet onto the second floor stairway. The guardrail had been removed the previous evening to allow removal of formwork and was not reinstalled. The employee suffered a compression fracture of the T11 vertebrae.

On May 17, 2022, an employee suffered a heart attack while performing tire repair at a customer's location.

An employee was installing insulation in a wall when she tripped on a hole (12" deep) and fell, hitting her head on the concrete floor. The employee sustained fractures to her leg and wrist, and lacerations to her head. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was loading a 4-inch wooden door into a pickup truck when he felt a pop in his right side behind his shoulder blade. He was hospitalized later that day and underwent surgery, having suffered a collapsed right lung.

An employee was operating a power drill when it slipped. The drill bit punctured the employee's hand and they were hospitalized.

An employee was moving a ramming machine to a staging area. While using the controls on the side of the machine, there was a sudden heavy rainfall causing the equipment to slide. The ramming machine tipped over and caught the employee against the ground. The employee sustained a fracture to the right side of their pelvis and was hospitalized.

During prep work and installation of formworks, a metal plate slid and caught an employee's left thumb. The employee suffered an open fracture to the last joint of the thumb and required surgery. The employee was hospitalized.

At 10:20 a.m. on August 11, 2025, an employee slipped on a damp sidewalk covered with a thin layer of algae. The employee suffered multiple fractures to the left femur and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

An employee was bending rebar when their glove became caught and their right index finger was amputated in the rebar bending machine.

An employee was inflating a new tire on a tug. The tire exploded, lacerating the employee's right hand and breaking their right hip.
