Final narrative
While lowering an infant care station crib to the floor to be serviced, an employee fell to the floor with pain in his right hip. The employee sustained a hip injury.
On March 2, 2023, an employee and co-workers were lifting and moving an 8-inch by 6-foot metal grate weighing no more than 150 pounds. As the team was lowering the grate, the employee felt a pop in their back, suffering a herniated disc.
On or about October 21, 2019, an employee had just removed an empty pallet off a stack and slid it onto the floor when the employee felt a sharp pain in the lower back hip area. The employee had a back spasm and was hospitalized for a back sprain.
