An employee was moving food product from a taller pallet onto another pallet in the back storage room when he caught his foot on a piece of plastic from a pallet and fell to the ground, resulting in a broken right ankle.
On March 3, 2023, an employee was in the storage room and stepped up on a step ladder to reach a product on the top shelf when she lost her balance and fell backward, striking the ground. The employee sustained a concussion.
