On January 29, 2021, two employees were sweeping shot off a 10,000-pound metal plate, which was moving on a conveyor. One employee's glove was caught in a moving roller, causing his hand to be pinched between the roller and bottom of the metal plate. He suffered two fingertip amputations and two crushed fingers.
An employee was using a crane to load steel plates onto a trailer. As he raised the crane up, one side of the clamp was not unhooked, which pulled the steel plate over onto the employee. They suffered a crushed left leg and right ankle.
