On March 3, 2021, an employee was feeding rubber into an extruding machine when their right hand was pulled into the machine, resulting in a crushing injury to the right index finger. The employee was hospitalized.
On May 15, 2024, an employee was emptying a scrap hopper with a powered industrial vehicle (PIV) when their left hand was caught between the scrap hopper and the PIV fork. They sustained an amputation of the ring fingertip.
