On April 4, 2021, an employee was cleaning dust off a planer machine when their glove was caught in the machine, pulling in their hand and amputating the left middle finger.
An employee was working to hang an adapter on a line in a building. They held the adapter in one hand and held a clamp in the other hand. As the employee was lifting the adapter into the cradle, the adapter slipped from the employee's hand and fell, causing their right hand to be crushed between the clamp and the adapter. The employee sustained a closed fracture of the right index finger.
An employee was cutting scrap with a vertical bandsaw when the back of the employee's hand contacted the blade and was lacerated. The employee was hospitalized.
