An employee was using an overhead gantry crane to change the battery in a forklift. The load tipped and the hook gave way, causing the battery to fall and strike the employee's left foot. The employee suffered a compound fracture to the big toe.
On September 11, 2023, an employee was standing on a ladder and working to fix a leaking pressure valve. Beer was released from the valve and got on the employee causing them to slip and fall from the ladder to the floor. The employee sustained a fractured left humerus.
A maintenance employee was helping to troubleshoot a fault in the hoist on a bottle line de-palletizer. A broken sprocket needed to be removed in order to level the hoist.
