An employee was working on an industrial dryer when the dryer door fell due to a defective air blocking valve that normally holds the door in place. The employee was struck in the neck and shoulder by the dryer door and sustained fractures to his C1 and C3 vertebrae, a spinal compression at the C2 vertebra, and a bruised right shoulder.

An employee was performing daily rounds in the mechanical room when he tripped and fell forward, resulting in a left wrist fracture that required surgery.

On May 24, 2022, an employee was pushed down stairs by another employee during an altercation. The employee suffered a broken wrist and was hospitalized.

On July 16, 2021, an employee was operating a lift when his left hand was caught between the lift and a sort rail. He suffered a laceration and nerve damage to the hand and was hospitalized.

An employee was filling a chemical day tank when 5 gallons of acid overflowed onto the floor. As he was cleaning it up, the acid flowed over his shoes and burned his feet and toes.

The employee lost their grip on the drill they were using and the ladder tipped over. The employee fell from the ladder to the ground, resulting in a fractured left wrist, bruised chest, and lacerations to their face and lip.

An employee was inspecting the overhead area of a single-person lift and repositioning the lift through a double doorway. As they were transitioning through the doorway, they were caught between the doorframe and the vertical mast of the lift. The employee was hospitalized with injuries to the nose, left maxillary sinus, left orbital bone, and left jaw, with fractures at the maxillary sinus area.

An employee was loading a 4-inch wooden door into a pickup truck when he felt a pop in his right side behind his shoulder blade. He was hospitalized later that day and underwent surgery, having suffered a collapsed right lung.
