An employee was winching a truck onto a flatbed hauler. The winch cable snapped and the employee suffered a left knee injury that required surgery.
The winch cable on a tow truck snapped while a car was being hooked up to it. The tow truck driver jumped out of the truck and ran to stop the car being towed from rolling into another car. The truck hit the car and pinned the driver between two cars.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
