An employee was working to pull out an enclosed cab tractor that was stuck. A chain was hooked to the front of the tractor and the tail end of a flatbed truck. The tractor began to inch forward when the chain parted. The chain went through the windshield of the tractor and struck the employee in the chest resulting in a chest wounds, a broken left collarbone, and a collapsed lung.

An employee was working at the base of a chute that was dispensing processed pig feet into a container. The employee was retrieving the feet and packaging them in boxes. As she turned and stepped back to pick up an empty box, she stepped onto the edge of a tub under the chute, lost her balance, and fell to the concrete floor. Her left femur was broken near the hip. She was hospitalized.

The employee was installing the valve core when the bead slipped off the rim. Air escaped, and the aluminum wheel struck the employee's head and face. On December 14, 2023, at 8:40 p.m., three employees were inspecting milling machines for startup. A few of the sleeves on the mill drum needed to be changed out. The injured employee was trying to input a sleeve on the mill drum using a hammer. The hammer hit the edge of the drum, which caused a metal piece to splinter off and strike the employee's cheek just below the left eye. The metal splinter embedded in the back of their eye socket, resulting in pain, swelling, and bleeding that required hospitalization.

An employee was working on removing the gearbox from the drive shaft of the motor assembly of a feather drier. He was using a hydraulic tool to pull the pieces apart when a bolt dislodged from the eye of the gearbox and the corner of the gearbox broke off. The employee was struck in the nose (sinus cavity), resulting in hospitalization and surgery.

An employee was on a forklift checking the sprinkler system drain. The employee fell 8 feet from the forklift to the floor. The employee suffered a broken collar bone and was hospitalized.

The steel caster hit a crack in the concrete, the weld holding the caster onto the cart broke, and the coil and cart tipped over onto the employee. He was hospitalized with a laceration on his forehead and a pelvic fracture on his right side.

An employee was cutting a piece of metal rod with a metal cutting machine. His right middle finger became caught between the rod and the machine's table. The employee's fingertip was partially amputated.
