A maintenance technician was working to clear a box jam. He slipped while stepping down from a platform and fell about 30 inches onto the grading platform. He fell onto his right hip and was hospitalized with a back injury requiring surgery.

The employee stepped back and their right foot entered the opening for the rail car, causing him to twist/pivot on his left leg. The employee's lower left leg was fractured.

On November 14, 2023, an employee was receiving a delivery from a truck when some of the merchandise fell from the truck s lift and struck him. He then fell to the ground and his head struck the sidewalk, resulting in an injury that required hospitalization.

An employee was working to offload a trailer when the dock plate fell and amputated his big toe.

On March 22, 2024, an employee slipped and fell to the concrete floor while unloading a transit van in the loading dock area. This resulted in a fractured arm.
