An employee was loading a spool of wire onto the cage machine when the wire partially de-spooled. She was re-spooling the wire and became caught between the spool and the wire. The employee sustained fractures to her collarbone and two ribs.

At 2:20 p.m. on September 12, 2023, an employee of the Turner Company was cutting rebar. Two pieces of the rebar came together while he was operating the cutter, and he suffered an amputation.

An employee was using a crane to hoist a form. As he was using the hook and cable, his left middle finger was caught in a pinch point and broken. The finger was medically amputated.

An employee was hooking up a foundry hook to a load when their right thumb was trapped and smashed between the hook and the load.

An employee was climbing a step ladder while carrying a 3-foot piece of conduit. As he went to reposition his feet on the ladder by pivoting, he slipped and fell from the third rung of a 6-foot ladder. The employee sustained fractures to the left femur, right elbow, and right ring finger.

An employee was descending a 4-step maintenance stand when she missed the bottom step and fell to the hangar floor. The employee suffered a left hip fracture.

An employee stopped a belt and was going to check it for missing packages. She fell backward 3-4 feet from an elevated platform and sustained a broken right arm.

An employee had just finished a routine concrete pour and was ascending the ladder to clean the concrete mixer truck. The employee lost their grip and fell approximately 2-3 feet, contacting the truck's bumper. The employee suffered rib fractures and a punctured lung.

An employee was performing duties as an expeditor. After opening the dock door, the employee scanned the barcode on the door of the truck and placed one foot on the truck and one foot on the dock. The truck drove out of the stall, causing the employee to fall 4 feet off the dock onto the concrete. The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

On September 30, 2025, an employee was applying production labels to a splintered piece of pallet on a conveyor. Their right middle finger was caught as the split line exit conveyor moved forward, resulting in an amputation.

An employee was operating a pattern block roller machine. The employee was pinned (at the mid- to upper torso) between the pusher bar and the assembly platform. The employee suffered broken ribs.

Employees were chipping concrete/brick to separate a building for demolition when the wall collapsed and debris fell onto the employees, resulting in hospitalization of two employees. One employee sustained a fractured left femur and a head injury, and the other sustained a severe head injury.

An employee was adjusting a paint roller when his left ring finger was caught in a chain and sprocket. The fingertip was amputated.

An employee fell while walking down the stairs. They were hospitalized with a fractured left ankle.
