An employee was picking up a pipe from a plasma table. The pipe slipped out of her hand, catching it against the plasma table. The employee suffered an amputation to the right middle fingertip.
An employee was using a band saw to set up steel tubing when their finger was crushed in the hydraulic clamp, resulting in a left index fingertip amputation.
