Final narrative
An employee was unpacking a crate of glass panes. As the employee was holding them, the panes began to shift and fall. The employee attempted to move out of the way and fell onto her left side. The metal frame around the panes landed on the employee's lower right leg and broke it.
An employee was descending from a ladder when he fell, landing on the floor and suffering a hairline fracture to the left wrist, a ruptured spleen, and internal bleeding.
