An employee tripped over the electrical cord for a space heater and fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a shoulder fracture, as well as injuries to their head, leg, and ankle.

An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
