The injured employee was scooping raw material into a bucket. Their hand became caught between the bucket and the guard on the back of a sweeper being operated by another employee. The injured employee sustained a partial amputation to the left ring finger.
An employee was walking back to her workstation. A forklift reversed a short distance, then completed a U-turn and struck her, running over her lower extremities. She was hospitalized with a broken ankle.
