An employee was replacing a hydraulic hose on the product finishing line. The employee walked onto the chamfering table and into a confined space next to the transferring mechanism to fix the hose. The transferring mechanism cycled and crushed the employee between it and the machine, resulting in a crushed pelvis. The chamfering table was not locked out at the time.

On October 21, 2025, an employee was operating a saw when a pneumatic clamp caught their right middle finger. The employee suffered a partial amputation to the finger.
An employee completed an end cut on a metal shim and started transferring the metal shim from the saw conveyor to two saw horses in the area.
