An employee was using a forklift to lift and empty a garbage hopper into a larger trash bin. As he released the hopper to tilt into the bin, his finger was caught between the top part of the hopper and it's frame, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was changing mud cups in the hopper cylinders of a concrete pump truck. The cylinders moved and three of the employees fingers were amputated.
