The injured employee was pounding rebars into the ground for a concrete form. Another employee bumped into the injured employee causing them to fall forward onto rebar. The rebar impaled the injured employee on the side of his neck.

The injured employee tried to catch a co-worker who was having a seizure. Both employees fell to the floor and the injured employee sustained a broken hip.

An employee was moving a ramming machine to a staging area. While using the controls on the side of the machine, there was a sudden heavy rainfall causing the equipment to slide. The ramming machine tipped over and caught the employee against the ground. The employee sustained a fracture to the right side of their pelvis and was hospitalized.

During prep work and installation of formworks, a metal plate slid and caught an employee's left thumb. The employee suffered an open fracture to the last joint of the thumb and required surgery. The employee was hospitalized.

At 10:20 a.m. on August 11, 2025, an employee slipped on a damp sidewalk covered with a thin layer of algae. The employee suffered multiple fractures to the left femur and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
