An employee was running cardboard boxes through a printing press. While wiping off excess ink, his left hand got caught and pulled into rotating rollers resulting in amputation of his left middle finger and partial amputations of his left ring, index, and little fingers. His left hand was also degloved. The employee was hospitalized.
