On February 5, 2022, at 11:45 p.m., an employee was cleaning ice from his vehicle in the parking lot. The employee slipped and fell on ice between two vehicles, resulting in a fractured hip that required hospitalization.
A paramedic responded to an emergency call at a patient's home. The soles of the employee's shoes were wet from walking outside, causing them to slip on the linoleum floor inside the home. The employee tore his left hamstring and was hospitalized.
