An employee was walking to the rear door to pick up a delivery when he tripped over shrink wrap that was left on the floor. The employee fell and fractured his left arm.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
