A team of employees was demolishing a scaffold. As an employee was passing down material to other employees, he was struck by a nail that fell from the platform above. He sustained a corneal abrasion to the right eye.
An employee was descending a ladder on scaffolding when the employee slipped and fell approximately 8 feet. The employee was hospitalized with a right ankle injury.
