An employee was unloading boxes from a trailer. A box fell on the employee's right foot, breaking the big toe and causing toenail avulsions to the big toe and the second toe.
An employee was returning from a building to her delivery truck when she slipped on the icy sidewalk and fell to the ground, resulting in a dislocated and fractured right ankle.
An employee was picking up packages. As he lifted a metal package, his middle right finger was lacerated on a sharp edge, resulting in a tendon injury. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was offloading containers from his truck using a deck that goes up and down. When the deck was up, he took a step and his foot went between the truck and the deck, resulting in a foot/ankle fracture.

The employee lost their grip on the drill they were using and the ladder tipped over.
