An employee was moving between electronic end-rider pallet jacks while picking cases of produce. They were pinned between two pallet jacks, resulting in a left ankle fracture.
An employee was sitting at a desk in an office when car reversed and crashed into the office. The employee was struck by their desk and other contents of the office and they suffered internal bleeding and broken ribs.
The injured employee tried to catch a co-worker who was having a seizure. Both employees fell to the floor and the injured employee sustained a broken hip.
