Final narrative
An employee cut the banding from a unit of wood and some of the wood fell on his left leg, resulting in a fractured shin.
An employee was clearing a 2x4 board that was jammed in the roller on the infeed of a machine when their right index and middle fingers were crushed. The employee suffered a right index fingertip amputation.
An employee was operating a machine and trying to place a block of wood to hold the machine rail in place when the machine kicked out the block of wood. The employee's hand then went under the hood, resulting in a left ring finger amputation.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
