An employee was carrying a sport utility vehicle hatch to place it into a parts basket. The hatch struck a handwork table and slipped out of employee's hands, striking the bill of the employee's PPE hat and then the employee's nose. Part of the nose was amputated.

An employee was coming out of a building in an electric cart. The employee's left leg was caught between the cart and a concrete pole, and the lower leg was broken. The employee was hospitalized.
On June 5, 2017, an employee was pushing an empty parts cart out of the welding area when it struck a full cart. The employee's fingers were hanging over the outside lip of the cart and were caught between the two carts, amputating the employee's left ring fingertip.
An employee was using a battery-powered torque tool to fasten a bolt. The tool was activated and the socket of the tool rotated and pulled in their gloved left hand. The employee sustained a left index fingertip amputation.
