At 12:30 p.m. on May 3, 2022, an employee was adjusting a sheet press when it activated. The employee's left hand and arm were pulled into the splitter portion of the machine, and the employee suffered injuries to the forearm and thumb. The employee was hospitalized and the thumb was medically amputated.
An employee was unjamming a press when the press was activated and the press crushed/severed the employee's right ring finger. The press was unguarded and was not locked/tagged out at the time of the incident.
On December 19, 2023, an employee was setting up a copper wire drawing machine when his left ring finger was pinched between a copper wire and a machine part. The employee's finger was partially amputated.

The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
