An employee was standing on the ground, cleaning a wall with a reach brush. The employee tripped on a guardrail while stepping backward. He fell to the floor, landing on his left hip and breaking it.
An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.
