Final narrative
An employee and a contractor were on the roof of a warehouse to assess leaks when the employee stepped onto a skylight and fell approximately 25-30 feet to the floor of the warehouse. The employee suffered an L2 vertebrae break, a compound radial fracture of the left elbow, a dislocated left shoulder, a fractured left hand/wrist, and a fractured right foot.
An employee was performing grounds maintenance work. The employee stepped on the edge of a ventilation grate when it flipped over, causing the employee to fall about 30 feet to the ground below. They sustained two heel fractures and a left tibia fracture.
