An employee was using a table saw to cut angles on a board measuring 2 inches by 6 inches. The board kicked back into the employee and as he braced himself the saw blade contacted his right hand, resulting in a lacerated hand and fingers.

A yard crew was unhooking a trailer. An employee was pulling pins inside the hitch when the hitch moved and pinched his fingers. He suffered an amputation to the left index fingertip.
