Final narrative
An employee was handling a magnetic cylinder at a die station. When she tried to roll the cylinder into a cradle, it overshot the cradle and fell onto her right hand, amputating the little finger past the first knuckle.

An employee climbed on a pallet to retrieve a "load flag." He fell while dismounting the pallet and landed on his right side on the floor. The employee sustained a fractured hip.
