An employee was clearing a jam in a press when the machine actuated, amputating their right index fingertip.
On March 5, 2022, an employee attempted to reposition a sleeve that was on a tube part of an end forming machine when a clamping mechanism closed and caught their right index finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
