An employee stood up after lunch, leaned on a truck, and lost consciousness due to the heat. He struck the truck's tailgate and then fell to the ground, hitting his head and suffered bruising.
An employee was helping to unload near-empty wire-duct spools (2 feet tall, 200-300 pounds) off a trailer bed that was about 2 feet off the ground. The last spool rolled over from the trailer and one side fell on the employee, who suffered a fractured vertebra and was hospitalized.
