An employee was removing meat from a carcass and tossing the meat onto a conveyor. When he reached through the moving cone line to retrieve a misplaced carcass, the carcass/cone caught their upper left arm and rammed it into a COVID-19 barrier pole. The employee's humerus was fractured.
