An employee was working with a piece of equipment that sealed plastic bags with poultry in them. The equipment closed on the tip of his left ring finger, amputating it.
On March 21, 2025, an employee was clearing a piece of plastic from a conveyor belt when her right ring finger was caught in the rotating sprocket and chain. The employee sustained an amputation of the fingertip.
