Final narrative
On August 24, 2022, an employee was cleaning paint out of an airless sprayer with water. The spray gun jerked and hit his left middle finger with high-pressure paint and water, causing a 1/4-inch injection wound.
An employee was on a baker scaffold set at approximately 4 feet high, preparing the existing siding on a house to receive new siding at the eve of the porch roof addition. A temporary post that was supporting the roof's ridge beam was removed causing the roof structure to collapse, striking the employee. The employee sustained fractures to the left hip and left shoulder requiring surgery.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
