An employee was opening a rolling gate when its rollers caught his right hand. His index finger was partially amputated.
An employee was loading and unloading furniture off trucks in the back loading area of a store. The employee and a co-worker were engaged in an argument when the co-worker drove a company vehicle over the employee, dragging him several feet. The employee suffered several broken bones, including his legs, an arm, and a hip. He also suffered head, neck, and eye trauma, including lacerations.
