An employee was using a power washer, soap, and a broom to clean the top of a pneumatic cement trailer, which had a cylindrical shape. The employee was near the edge of the trailer when he fell approximately 8 or 9 feet to the ground with his legs in front of him, causing him to land sitting down. The employee suffered a dislocated right wrist and damage to his back vertebrae.
