On November 22, 2022, an employee was fixing a pressure washer on a truck with the garage bay door closed. Carbon monoxide fumes began to accumulate and the employee became light-headed. They fell over, resulting in a laceration to the forehead and were hospitalized.
An employee was pulling on a bale of corrugated cardboard boxes that were on a conveyor. The straps on the bale failed and the employee fell to the floor. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery for a fractured femur and/or hip.
