An employee was checking tractor trailer inventory in the trailer parking area when they were struck by a yard dog/spotter truck. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their C4 and C5 vertebrae that affected the spinal cord.

An employee was using a drill press to drill holes in a door sweep when her gloved left hand was pulled into the drill bit. The employee's left index finger was medically amputated.

An employee was rebuilding a puller machine and had it locked out. The employee then re-energized and started the machine. Sometime after the machine was operational, the employee dropped a wrench on the floor next to the machine and attempted to pick it up with his right hand. His left hand was then pulled into the machine's belt and pulley system. The belt and pulley system was unguarded at the time.

An employee was changing mud cups in the hopper cylinders of a concrete pump truck. The cylinders moved and three of the employees fingers were amputated.

On October 14, 2025, an employee was cutting lumber on an upcut saw. When he activated the saw to cut a short piece, the blade struck the tip of his right thumb, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was using a table saw to cut strips of plywood. The employee's left hand came into contact with the sawblade, which amputated the index and middle fingers as well as lacerating the hand. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

He was hospitalized with a laceration on his forehead and a pelvic fracture on his right side.
