Employees were in a parking lot waiting to board a crew boat. An employee showed his co-workers a pistol and as he was putting it back in his truck, the gun fired. The employee sustained gunshot wounds to the right ring and little fingers.

An employee was working on a docked bulk carrier when a chain on the vessel near the gangway broke. The employee fell approximately 25 feet to a fender between a boat and a barge. The employee was hospitalized with head injuries and fractures to their left arm and a rib.
While an employee was climbing off a barge that had just been unloaded, he fell head first onto a vessel deck. He suffered lacerations to the back of his head and his right knee.
